Our client has been established for nearly two decades, with a steady and substantial portfolio of residential and mixed-use assets, predominately situated in Johannesburg CBD.

With an in-house property management division, they keep close to their assets, while keeping costs low.

A need exists for Credit Clerk to join their busy team, to coordinate and administer tenant accounts, billing, invoices, collecting monthly utilities accounts and ensuring all balances back to their tenant management system.
