The
Global Mobility People Partner is responsible for various global mobility programmes, accountable for managing the end-to-end process with internal and external vendors.


As the Global Mobility People Partner you will work with and in the People Experience and Operations teams regionally and globally.


  • You manage moves across a variety of policy types including Long Term International Assignees, Short Term Assignees, Permanent Transfers and Commuters.
  • You are the goto person for your incountry stakeholders and pillars/business functions.
  • You have a good understanding of local employment law, immigration, personal tax, social security, payroll compliance and vendor management.
  • You create and maintain assignee and process documentation.
  • You are responsible for payroll instructions and compliance.
  • You drive local consistency with global processes, with a strong focus on data integrity and compliance.
  • You partner with global service providers
  • You will then lead global and local projects relating to your SME area and become the goto person within the team and globally.
  • Proactively seek feedback via surveys, drive high completion rates and engagement. You make suggestions on improving the employee experience, based on the feedback you receive.
  • You work in collaboration with your colleagues on a daytoday operational level, prioritise and resolve problems, participate in presentation and capability building sessions as required.

This role will suit:

An experienced global mobility specialist/ partner/ manager with at least 2 years experience in global mobility management (in-house).

Qualifications:


  • Degree
  • Proficient & broad understanding of HR systems, processes, and 3rd party providers.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of employment laws and regulations required
