URGENT POSITION : COMPANY SECRETARY (STATUTORY ASSISTANT)
PRETORIA (HATFIELD)
Busy Audit Firm in Pretoria is seeking a very deadline driven, go getter Company Secretary to join their team. Someone who can keep up with high volume of tasks on daily basis.
Requirements :
Matric
At least 3-5 years experience as a Company Secretary to handle all CIPC related matters, including but not limited to New Company registrations, Name changes, Member/Director changes, share transfers, draft of resolutions, preparation of all documents for signature etc.
GreatSoft experience will be beneficial.
Must be fluent in Afrikaans (the greater part of client base is Afrikaans)

Salary R13 000 to R17 000

NOT A REMOTE POSITION.
