Description

RedCat Recruitment is seeking an experienced
QUALITY MANAGER for a large concern, position based in the
Howick area, KwaZulu-Natal.

JOB DESCRIPTION / REQUIREMENTS

Grade 12.

Degree in quality management or equivalent.

Legal liability training.

Working experience in ISO 9000 & ISO9001.

Previous rubber manufacturing experience.

5yrs+ previous working experience in a similar position.

Quality management and planning.

Understanding customer expectations and needs.

Release of products including control of nonconforming outputs.

Manage nonconformities regarding corrective and preventative action.

Inspecting products at various stages.

Ensure that products are produced in accordance too specification and quality standards.

Implement best practice to achieve improvements in safety, quality, delivery and efficiency.

Skilled in managing multiple priorities and consistently meeting deadlines.

Develop and implement quality control reporting.

Ensuring that products are designed with adherence to legal and safety standards.

Reporting to management on quality standard issues.

Improving production efficiency and managing waste.

Monitoring and evaluating internal production processes.
