- Grade 12/Matric qualification

- 1-2 years' experience in tendering or relevant work experience
- Ability to work in a team
- Proper time management and ability to work under pressure

- E nsure accurate completion and maintenance of tender documents
- Maintain electronic copies of completed documents
- Search for relevant tenders on various platforms
- Ensure adherence to the bid process
- Coordinate collection of tender documents and ensure timely submissions
- Organize and schedule meetings
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Good communication skills (written & verbal), attention to details, and good interpersonal relations
- Ability to meet deadlines
