Upmarket venue in Fourways area is looking for a hands-on floor manager to assist in the management of busy floor operations


DUTIES

  • This is a handson role for an experienced, culinary afficionado who values the guest experience and engaging influencial clientele
  • Strong communication, staff management and people's skills, food knowledge
  • Available immediately
  • Supervise staff.
  • Train staff to perform allocated roles.
  • Manage inventory.
  • Assist customers with any queries or requests.
  • Administer pay slips to staff.

REQUIREMENT

  • A high school qualification or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in a managerial position.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Prior experience in Sales would be advantageous.
  • Highly organized
