    Supply Chain Projects Manager

    This is a challenging opportunity for a Supply Chain Projects Manager to lead Supply Chain projects from concept to implementation, providing analysis and management reporting to support decision making and drive efficiencies and growth.

    • Lead Supply Chain projects to deliver business outcomes and improve processes.
    • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance the Supply Chain function.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to establish new ways of working aligned with future needs.
    • BUILD STRONG COLLABORATIONS WITH FUNCTIONS ACROSS THE COMPANY.

    Duties Responsibilities

    Key Performance Areas:

    • Drive cost-saving initiatives in collaboration with Supply Chain leads.
    • Implement system enhancements to automate processes and embrace digitalization.
    • Enhance supply chain processes to ensure they are fit for purpose.
    • SUPPORT TENDERS AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ACTIVITIES.
    • Manage projects from inception to execution within the Supply Chain space.
    • Perform ad-hoc analysis to inform supply chain management decisions.
    • LEAD CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT INITIATIVES IN SUPPLY CHAIN.
    • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement.
    • Support the development and implementation of corrective actions.

    Desired Experience Qualification

    Requirements:

    • Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Commerce, Statistics, Mathematics, or other sciences.
    • 7 years' experience in FMCG industries.
    • Understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain processes and Lean Methodologies.
    • Experience in project-based roles with strong analytical capabilities.
    • End user skills in SAP Supply Chain modules.
