    Your Role at Quantanite:
    As a Customer Service Agent, you will be crucial in supporting our customers through their order process and ensuring a seamless delivery experience. Your responsibilities will include handling inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining high customer satisfaction.

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on service quality and response efficiency.
  • Assist customers with their order status, payment issues, delivery tracking, and any service complaints.
  • Collaborate with logistics and operations teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during the delivery process.
  • Provide customers with information about products and services, taking opportunities to up-sell when appropriate.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's policies and processes and ensure compliance in all customer interactions.
  • Document all customer interactions in detail for continuity and quality assurance.
  • What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in a customer service role, preferably within the food delivery or logistics sectors.
  • Strong communication skills with a proven ability to resolve conflicts and provide solutions.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software, databases, and tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • High school diploma required; further education or certifications in customer service or related fields is a plus.
