    Senior Labour Consultant

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Labour Consultant to join our team at Dante Personnel in Cape Town.

    About the Role

    This is a key position that requires a professional with expertise in labour consulting, particularly in advising clients on retrenchment procedures, disciplinary actions, and employment contracts.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Providing expert advice on labour legislation and best practices to clients;
    • Chairing disciplinary enquiries, conciliations, and arbitrations;
    • Drafting and reviewing contracts of employment;
    • Growing the client base through effective business development strategies;
    • Representing clients in CCMA and Bargaining Council proceedings;

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or Human Resources related field;
    • Minimum 3 years experience in labour consulting;
    • Excellent knowledge of labour legislation and regulations;
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
    • Fluency in English and Afrikaans (spoken);
