    JOB PURPOSE/OBJECTIVES

    The company is a leading industry player with an exciting opportunity for an experienced Social Media Designer passionate about digital innovation. This position offers the chance to work at a pioneering lighting company, driving cutting-edge digital marketing and design strategies.

    MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO)

    • Digital Marketing:
      • Develop monthly plans for B2B and B2C channels, implementing effective advertising and social media campaigns.
      • Create engaging social media content that resonates with diverse audiences.
      • Schedule and review social media content to optimize performance and brand consistency.
      • Maintain proficiency in Meta Business Suite to leverage its features effectively.
      • Foster strong social media communities through interactive engagement and timely responses.
      • Provide regular, informative monthly reports on social media performance.
    • Website and Portal Maintenance:
      • Ensure the website and portal interfaces are updated with the latest products and product information, reflecting the company's evolving offerings.
      • Collaborate with third-party suppliers to address updates, fixes, and maintenance issues, ensuring seamless user experiences.
    • Maintaining Product Knowledge:
      • Stay abreast of emerging digital and social marketing trends, competitor activity, and international social media developments, sharing insights with the marketing team to inform strategic decisions.
    • Design:
      • Conceptualize and create visually appealing graphics and layouts for social media posts and advertisements that align with the brand's aesthetic and messaging.
      • Work closely with the marketing team to develop innovative design concepts and campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.
      • Enforce consistency in brand visuals across all digital platforms, ensuring a cohesive and recognizable identity.

    JOB/EDUCATIONAL/EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, graphic design, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in similar positions (Graphic Designer, Social Media Assistant, etc.).
    • A demonstrated ability to create high-quality social media content, including posts, visuals, and videos.
    • An understanding of fundamental social media principles and concepts.
    • Possession of relevant skills and knowledge in tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and others.
    • Exceptional design and creative skills, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
    • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills, with a proven ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
    • A detail-oriented approach to work, ensuring accuracy and quality in all aspects.
