    Duties & Responsibilities

    We seek a highly skilled Marketing Strategist to lead our marketing efforts, creating and implementing plans that align with our business objectives. This role involves overseeing the execution of various marketing campaigns, evaluating their performance, and making data-driven decisions to optimize results.

    The ideal candidate will have expertise in market research, brand strategy development, and commercial strategy formulation, with a strong understanding of marketing software tools and platforms.

    1. Manage key projects and events using project management methodologies.
    2. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments across various sectors, including manufacturing, oil and gas, and telecommunications.
    3. Oversee the management of marketing and communications software tools and platforms.
    4. Develop and implement effective brand strategies to enhance our reputation and customer engagement.
    5. Formulate commercial strategies related to marketing and branding, ensuring alignment with our business goals.
    6. Identify opportunities to improve volume growth through targeted marketing and brand initiatives.
    7. Foster a customer-centric approach, focusing on community involvement and competence development for value creation.

    Desired Experience & Qualification

    Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing Management or a related field, such as digital marketing management or public relations and media training.

    A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in a role-specific functional area, with 3-5 years of experience in marketing project management or major campaign/event planning.

    Key Requirements

    This role requires exceptional communication and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
