    As a Cloud IT/Sales Consultant at CallForce, you will play a vital role in helping customers leverage the latest cloud computing technologies to drive business success.

    Qualifications and Responsibilities

    • A degree in Information Science or Information Technology, along with A+ and N+ certifications, is highly desirable.
    • 2-3 years of sales experience is required.

    Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

    • Building strong business relationships with customers and prospects.
    • Ensuring that service level agreements are met within the agreed time frame.
    • Leading sales teams to achieve targets and drive business growth.
    • Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of cloud products, including data migration, backup, and storage solutions.
    • Cross-selling additional value-added products, such as Fiber, LTE, Office 365, and Teams Voice.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and stakeholders.
    • Strong negotiating, sales, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
