    Job Title: Senior Industrial Engineer

    Our fleet of vehicles features a unique 'multi-temperature' design, allowing us to serve businesses across various temperature zones – frozen, chilled, and ambient – on a single delivery.

    Job Purpose:

    The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, planning, and implementing logistics solutions that meet the needs of our clients. This involves managing stakeholder expectations throughout the solution design and implementation phase.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Support company objectives by identifying, analyzing, and developing value-adding solutions for current and prospective customers.
    • Contribute to effective change management across multiple streams, projects, and business objectives.
    • Ensure strategic business objectives and projects are scoped, analyzed, implemented, sustained, and measured.
    • Implement and maintain project management governance procedures across VECTOR Logistics.
    • Manage changes in various business segments (Departments) and guide the organization through the S-Curve.
    • Collaborate successfully with Operations teams and other internal stakeholders.
    • Cultivate strong relationships with EXCO and Top Management.

    Qualifications and Experience:

    To be considered for this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications, skills, and experience:

    • 5+ years of relevant experience in Logistics & Supply Chain Management or a related field.
    • Proven track record in Project Management, with 5+ years of experience.
    • Strong background in Business Analysis and Change Management, with 5+ years of experience.
    • Experience in Supply Chain optimization, planning, and design.
    • Development of BRS (Business Requirement Specifications) and SRS (System Requirement Specifications).
    • Familiarity with WMS/ERP systems and TMS systems, with operational and development experience advantageous.
    • Proven Change Management Skills and Experience required.
