    We looking for a Financial Manager (CFAO Holdings South Africa Healthcare Business) based: South Africa

    Job Description :

    We are looking for a Financial Manager based in CFAO Holdings South Africa to develop the Healthcare business. This is a locally based permanent contract.

    The Financial Manager is responsible for coordinating all subsidiary company administrative and financial functions, preparing the corporate and tax accounts of the company and providing the financial indicators required for the general management of the company.

    Profil Request :

    EXPERIENTIAL AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

    - Matric

    - BCom Accounting/Finance Degree (or equivalent)

    - 7 years related experience (Financial and Accounting Management, Cash Flow Analysis, Management Control, Lead and Develop Teams)

    - Advanced MS Office

    - Hyperion/HFM (advantageous)

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    Main responsibilities: The following responsibilities may be the sole or joint responsibility of the Subsidiary Company FM:

    PRODUCTION AND BUSINESS MONITORING

    - Prepares the year-end corporate financial statements for the subsidiary company in accordance with local tax, accounting and legal standards, as well as with Group standards and deadlines

    - Analyses the company financial statements

    - Implements the processes, indicators and dashboards required to monitor the business activity of the subsidiary company, forecast future trends and implement any necessary corrective measures.

    - Prepares tax returns and all legally required financial statements and/or declarations.

    BUDGETING

    - Prepares the company budget in conjunction with the CEO.

    - Monitors the budget, tracks budget consistency, analyses any variances and alerts the Senior Management Team of any variances observed.

    CASH MANAGEMENT / FUNDING / COLLECTIONS

    - Monitors cash management and banking relationships with the support of CFAO South Africa treasury team.

    - Structures and manages financial flows through the implementation and checking of effective and secure accounts receivable procedures with the support of 3PL partner, the preparation and approval of cash flow forecasts, the implementation of exchange rate hedges, the negotiation of the conditions applied by the bank, etc.

    - Implementation and monitoring of customer collections and credit management indicators.

    REPORTING

    - Ensures the quality of reporting and comments on reports to CFAO Healthcare Division.

    - Acts as the preferred point of contact for Core Business Departments.

    MANAGEMENT

    - Manages and coordinates administration, accounting and financial teams.

    - Informs the teams of changes in business-related standards and provides the appropriate training.

    INTERNAL CONTROL

    -The FM shares responsibility with the subsidiary company CEO for ensuring full application of Group internal compliance rules.

    ADVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

    - Advises the subsidiary company management team on financial and management control issues.

    - Provides the management team with reports and alerts where significant variances are observed. Monitors the performance of the business and notably of its partners.

    - Prepares corrective action plans and coordinates implementation of these plans in accordance with the size and scope of the subsidiary company.
