- Lecturing on Management specific programmes across various modes of delivery.
- Marking of assessments and feedback to students in subjects lectured.
- Internally moderating assessments scripts that fall within subject fields, where necessary.
- Assisting in lecturer development and support processes and procedures, including conducting peer reviews, facilitating workshops and one-on-one consultations.
- Championing/leading and managing academic development and support for a specific programme and its students.
- Tracking student success and implementing support interventions where required.
- Promoting a culture of scholarship within the practice, discipline and campus/team.
- Contributing towards annual research output targets.

The ideal candidate will possess a B.Ed Honours Degree (Foundation Phase) and minimum 5 years of experience in teaching or lecturing. A passion for customer service and effective communication skills are essential.
A Master's degree in Education with Foundation Phase Experience is an added advantage. The candidate should be able to demonstrate a proven track record of effective teaching in the subject area based on reflective practice.
Superior organisational and communication skills are required to manage work and self proactively. The ability to manage relationships with managers and staff effectively in terms of motivation, quality and performance is also crucial.
