We are a Company based in Jacobs, Durban, Natal, looking for a meticulous, organized, and computer literate Quality Assurance Assistant with excellent English language skills.


Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Outlines quality assurance procedures and policies
  • Creating training materials and operating manuals.
  • Ensuring that standards and safety regulations are observed.
  • Evaluate adequacy of quality assurance standard
  • Performing routine inspections and quality tests
  • Make recommendations for improvement; Create training materials and operating manuals.
- troubleshooting manufacturing quality issues.

  • Creates and implements company quality standards.
  • Back up for Lab Technician when required
  • Plan for safety toolbox talks

Required skills & Qualifications:


  • Development and implementing of quality standards
  • Knowledge of the petrochemical manufacturing processes, procedures and machinery.
  • Method validation and approval in QMS System, ISO 9001:201
  • Computer proficiency with word processing and spreadsheets is a must. Assessment must be taken online
  • Knowledge of ISO 17025, while not essential, is desirable. The willingness to learn is just as important than the actual experience with ISO 17025

Education and Experience:


  • National diploma in Analytical chemistry/ relevant Quality Management certificate
  • 13 years experience of QMS development and implementation
  • SAP experience

Job Types:
Temporary, Temp to perm, Learnership, Graduate

Contract length: 3 months


Salary:
R6 000,00 - R8 000,00 per month
