Service Consultant - Health Professionals (ECP)

A fixed term contract opportunity has arisen in our Talent Pool for a Service Consultant - Health Professionals (ECP).

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused individual to provide exceptional service to health professionals regarding claims queries.

Key Responsibilities

Operate mainly in the office, with occasional visits to providers offsite.
Take inbound calls from health professionals and deal with Discovery Health, Key Care, and In-House related queries.
Resolve all queries through to completion, including admin functions such as TWT and CRM assistance.
Work on Discovery Systems, DIScribe Positioning policy, and benefit changes.
Assist with escalated queries from providers and liaise with internal departments for resolution.
Maintain acceptable performance in TMBR, DPMO, and AHT metrics.

Requirements

Matric - Maths/Accounting and English with 50% or higher.
Basic MS Office knowledge.
At least 6 months of experience as a Contact Centre Consultant in Customer Services.
Minimum 6 months of Claims Specialist experience.
