- Oversee the overall operation of the restaurant/take-away, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and adhering to daily opening and closing procedures.
- Maintain quality standards of food and PEDROS Standard Operating Procedures.
- Manage stock control, purchasing, and orders to minimize waste and optimize inventory levels.
- Deal with customer complaints in a timely and professional manner, ensuring customer service levels are maintained.
- Maximize profitability by meeting sales and GP% targets, motivating staff to achieve these goals.
- Manage staff effectively, including discipline and work rosters, to ensure a productive and efficient team.
- Work collaboratively within a team to drive the restaurant/take-away forward.
- Ensure marketing activities are implemented to promote the store and attract new customers.
- Cultivate customer service relations, handling complaints and resolving issues efficiently.
- Develop and implement training programs for staff development, conducting regular structured staff meetings to maintain morale and motivation.
- Recruit, select, train, and monitor the performance of the team to increase productivity and profitability.
- Evaluate staff performance regularly to identify areas for improvement and provide constructive feedback.
- At least 3 years of experience in the restaurant and fast-food industry.
- Proficiency in GAAP and Micros is advantageous.
- Strong management and organizational skills.
