    Job Description

    We are seeking a qualified and experienced professional to join our team as a Sports and Club Manager.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage sports and club activities, ensuring a high level of service and customer satisfaction.
    • Develop and implement strategies to increase participation and engagement in sports and club programs.
    • Collaborate with staff to plan and deliver events, tournaments, and other activities.
    • Ensure compliance with local authority and government regulations pertaining to employee and public health and safety.
    • Monitor and maintain accurate records of staff training, certifications, and performance evaluations.

    Requirements:

    • MATRIC or equivalent qualification.
    • A diploma in Sports or Club Management is highly advantageous.
    • Valid Driver's Licence.
    • Minimum 3 years' experience working in a 5-star hotel, resort, gym, or sports/golf club environment at a supervisor or manager level.
    • Understanding of children's activities such as golf, cycling, hiking, tennis, and other sporting codes offered.
    • General knowledge of local authority and government regulations pertaining to employee and public health and safety.
    • Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office Suite and ERP systems.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Certificate in First Aid.
    • Relevant certifications in coaching, training, or similar fields.
