    About the Role

    We are looking for a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Oracle E-Business Suite to lead our technical team in implementing Oracle applications. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead the implementation of Oracle applications across various business units, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business users and IT teams, to ensure alignment and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements, develop functional specifications, and design and implement solutions that meet business needs.
    • Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members, promoting knowledge sharing and capacity building within the team.
    • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies, maintaining high levels of data security and integrity.

    Requirements

    • 6-8+ years of experience in an Oracle Functional Analyst role, with a strong background in Oracle E-Business Suite.
    • Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget, with excellent leadership and communication skills.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and innovate solutions.
    • Strong knowledge of ITIL framework and experience in IT service management.
    • BSc (Information Systems) or similar degree, with relevant certifications in Oracle and ITIL.

    What We Offer

    Mister Price Group offers a competitive salary range of R1,200,000 - R1,800,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including medical aid, retirement fund, and annual leave.
