A hands-on chef that can take control of the kitchen management process. The menu is vast and diverse. It requires a chef with a good amount of experience and culinary knowledge.

Salary is R6000 for two month probation. Dependant on turnover salary will be reviewed and increased depending on experience.

Qualifications and Skills
Cullinary school preferred but kitchen management experience with proper references will be considered
