    A leading software company is expanding and seeking an enthusiastic and outgoing individual with experience in property management, software solutions, business development, and sales.

    This role includes a comprehensive training and development programme. Prior property management and sales experience are essential for success.

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Selling Property Management Software, a financial software package.
    2. Utilizing computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Pastel or other financial software).
    3. Extensive administration skills required.
    4. Management experience highly beneficial.
    5. Maintaining an outgoing, dynamic, and vibrant personality.

    Daily Objectives

    • Meeting daily KPIs.
    • Complementing the sales pipeline with prospecting activities.
    • Closing deals from end to end and becoming an industry expert.
    • Negotiating deals, contracts, and legal documents.
    • Onboarding new clients and managing own accounts.

    Required Expertise

    1. Proven ability to handle significant volumes of outbound activities.
    2. Verbal and written (email) skills in a very professional manner.
    3. Ability to conduct initial research prior to contacting prospects.
    4. Assisting the Marketing and Sales Leadership team in creating/implementing proactive sales campaigns.
    5. Technical ability to understand overall presentations, demos, competitive differentiation, and answer standard initial questions.
