Description

Report to Marketing Liaison, assist with designing and planning strategic marketing content and distributing it effectively.

You will help create a strong brand presence with innovative promotional offerings, as well as online and offline marketing campaigns.

Expertise in SEO/Google Adwords will drive sales through the websites. You will collaborate with the Retail team to ensure that your marketing efforts support their sales efforts. Finally, your analytical skills will assist you as you monitor and report on the success of your marketing
efforts.
Liaising with suppliers, requesting quotes and invoices, following up and concluding orders for marketing material.

Sending through all quotes and invoices to Finance, and requesting PO's, following up on purchase orders, checking quality and quantities, taking responsibility for all store POS.

Gathering information from all stores when orders needs to be placed (name badges, POS, centre court exhibitions, etc.)
Assist with gathering information from agencies, editorials, etc. to generate correct and sufficient responses.
Organising and saving of any and all images received from Repro.
Sending through any images and descriptions required for Web, and checking quality of imagery before distribution thereof.
Facts checking of mailers and catalogues before sending out/publish - price, product availability, etc.
Assisting with all marketing related design work - store POS, editorials, catalogue, etc where required.

REQUIREMENTS:

Proficient in Microsoft Suite or Google Suite.
Knowledge and experience in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustration and Adobe InDesign.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, copy writing experience would be advantageous.
Understanding of basic business and marketing concepts.
Knowledge of market research databases and techniques will be advantageous.
Ability to work under pressure and adhere to deadlines.
Assisting with promotional activities and implementation thereof.
