Job summary

This role is a Fixed Term Contract based at Albany Germiston. You will support the People Manager in the execution of the business specific people agenda and deliver efficient and cost-effective People administrative support to employees and managers.


This includes administrative activities and service delivery along the whole People value chain (incl. talent acquisition and management, organization, capabilities, employee relations and culture needs and priorities).


The ideal candidate should have planning and organization skills – with an ability to priorities efficiently execute tasks

, precision – with proven success in working accurately attention to detail

, inspirational personality – with an ability engage influence people across all levels of organisation

  • HR related degree
  • Professional HR certification / membership preferred
  • 3-4 years post-qualification experience within HR handling operational activites
