Join us as a Fiori Adoption Specialist to drive the adoption of the Fiori Apps by the end user community across Anglo American's global finance team enabling a Fiori first approach and the removal of the old SAP GUIs.


Job Description:


  • The purpose of the Fiori Adoption Specialist is to drive the adoption of the Fiori Apps by the end user community across Anglo American's global finance team enabling a Fiori first approach and the removal of the old SAP GUIs

The primary accountabilities will incorporate:


  • To understand the Fiori Apps that have been deployed, identify the target persona and create a prioritised list based on impact from which to drive the adoption
  • Works with the Global Process Owners and other Finance stakeholders, including the Beyond Finance Teams, to agree the prioritisation and drive a coordinate adoption across all BUs and GSS
  • Responsible for driving the adoption of the Fiori Apps by driving engagement activities that will be designed to excite the target users and create an excitement and level of engagement around their implementation
  • Responsible for liaising with IM to agree an approach to the decommissioning of the SAP GUIs
  • Responsible for ensuring that all relevant DTPs are updated where required to reflect the execution of the process via Fiori
  • Responsible for liaising with IM to understand the pipeline of Fiori Apps and deployment dates to ensure that all Fiori Apps will ultimately be deployed and all BUs will operate on a Fiori First basis
  • Responsible for managing key stakeholders through the project lifecycle and providing updates to the Finance leadership
  • Qualifications
  • Degree level qualification or equivalent

Knowledge and Skills

  • Experience of managing Agile project delivery
  • Excellent working knowledge and good understanding of SAP Fiori
  • Excellent domain experience in either RTR or ITP or both
  • Excellent problem solving, facilitation, and presentation skills
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to storyboard and create high quality outputs
  • Practical working knowledge of agile methodology and delivery
  • Experience in implementing Finance solutions and driving adoption through ways of working
