  • Access product provider quotes on specific clientrequired policies or products;
  • Adhoc correspondence with clients and product providers;
  • Providing written and telephonic service to clients
  • Keeping up with developments in the shortterm industry
  • Keeping all client data up to date on the company's customer relationship management program
  • Adhering to compliance and practice management standards
  • Working with service providers to ensure amendments are implemented on time
  • Ongoing tracking of tasks to ensure that clients are serviced properly
  • Compliance with regulatory requirements (RE5, PST, etc.)
  • Marketing of products of contracted Insurers
  • Provide advice according to client needs

Qualifications:


  • Matric
  • NQF Level 4 or 5 Higher Certificate in Short-Term Insurance (preferably)


  • RE

  • At least 3 years experience in the administration of shortterm insurance products (Personal and
Commercial Lines)

  • Must have been a registered representative at the FSCA for at least Personal Lines for at least 3 years
