- Experience working with or knowledge of field services
- Grade 12 or NQF equivalent
- Fluency in English required
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, namely Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Minimum of 4 years of high-level experience in writing, editing, reporting
- Demonstrated abilities and track record writing high-quality reports
- Previous the field marketing experience is a key element to the role

Job Description
This position will work closely with the Support Services Manager as part of the greater Field Services Support team to deliver exceptional support to the field teams as well as Vodacom (client). The role is multifacted and will expose the individual to a host of new learnings within the operational space. Exposure to all the pieces that represent the business will equip the individual with a greater understanding of the companies product offerings. This role requires a consistent, highly disciplined and highly organised individual who enjoys working to tight deadlines and delivering exceptional service.
KEY RESPONSIBILITES
Working as part of the support services for the field team, this individual will be responsible for completing respective tasks and execute in line with company policies and processes and/or client requirements. This individual will engage across the Publicis Commerce (Vodacom Accounts) spectrum; stakeholders and potential employees. The ultimate goal of this role is to complete quality assuarance checks on data and deliver exceptional meaningful reports internally as well as externally directly to the client.
