Principal Support interacts with all levels and departments within the company, interact with senior and junior management, sales administrators as well as reps in the field to ensure

  • To understand each Principals requirements and to provide efficient support to all teams and Principals accordingly
  • To manage and maintain KPAs
  • To assist in any ad hoc tasks as and when they arise
  • Ensure Reps complete market intelligence surveys timeously and escalate where issues are found
  • To assist Reps with reporting related queries
  • Collate Claims and send original documentation to Principal, resolve any related queries

  • To improve on constantly upskilling oneself and come up with innovative reports, updated and renewed ways of feeding information back to the Company and Principal
  • To maintain a good relationship with the Principal, to meet their requirements and go above and beyond to exceed their expectations
  • The Principal Support team is required to problem solve, implement time management, and give as well as receive feedback
  • Interact with all levels and departments within the company

  • Principal Support team is required to follow and adhere to the One Mail Format process
  • Complete overlays, prepare relevant reporting and any other related tasks for Principal Support and communication back to Principal

  • Update documentation where principal lists are used
  • Ensure Engaged Client Additional Information is always up to date
  • Check and resolve any invalid claims
  • Responsible for the reports to Principals on PointofSale elements placed at store level
  • Provide Principals with the necessary information regarding Returns/Uplifts
  • Maintain Company standards in all administration tasks completed, keep documentation professional, check spelling, display headings, dates and required information
  • Principal Take On o When starting with a new Principal complete a full and comprehensive overlay of their customer universe vs Engaged system, This also entails ensuring their account numbers are linked to our store/customers by submitting the information to BiDeals to upload
  • Create a master document that can be referred to and updated at any time Update OneDrive with relevant information
When starting with a new Principal head up all support for 3 months to ensure a smooth transition and all requests are done on time

  • Principal Matrix o Provide necessary support for New Principal's and communicate information to call centre of any Principal changes/requirements etc.
  • Principal Contact Details o Maintain and send updates to BiDeals if changes/additions to the Principal KAM contact details need to be made
  • Ensure a current and comprehensive list of Principal Contact Details is available on OneDrive
  • Principal Account Arrears o Send notification of accounts in arrears to reps
  • Reps to inform store to make payment to Principal
  • Sales Tracking o Ensure tracking of sales as well as resolution of problems
  • Investigate where Principals do not have sales reflecting for orders that have been placed
  • Check reports carefully for any discrepancies before sending to the Principal
  • New Customer/Store o If discrepancies are found when reporting, inform Engaged Implant to correct
  • Ensure contact details are loaded on the system, resolve with relevant persons to get complete and comprehensive information
  • Credit Applications o Update and assist Receptionist with coordinating of opening new accounts Assist Reception with Credit Application issues that may arise and work closely with KAM to assist in getting account numbers opened
  • Update new account openings on Gap Analysis Report
  • Feedback to Principal on all new account openings
  • Point of Sale o Responsible for the reports to Principals on PointofSale elements placed at store level
  • Returns/Uplifts o Provide Principals with the necessary information regarding Returns/Uplifts
  • Collate and send original Returns/Uplift documentation to principal Resolve any queries that arise from Returns/Uplifts with all relevant parties involved
  • Extract Report data off Scarecrow, Return Order Direct information in Order Analysis and Order Management

Job Types:

Salary:
R1.00 - R2.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Midrand, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
