Job summary
Manage people by executing management responsibilities to create an environment that encourages employee growth and performance excellence Participate in planned activities that are appropriate for own and employee development Evaluate new application packages and tools to perform research on best practices Build a culture of collaboration between Analysts Architects Development QA and Infrastructure ensuring optimal delivery Create technical design specifications and assist in sizing technical requirements Manage expenditure planning and reporting within approved budget parameters Develop custom integration solutions including major enhancements interfaces functions features Perform script maintenance updates due to changes in requirements or implementations Set up maintain the test environments for both manual automated testing Lead the development of contingency plans including reliable backup restore procedures Assist in the development of disaster recovery plans with service providers network carriers
