    Description

    Internal Sales Executive Position

    We are seeking a vibrant and hardworking individual for our Internal Sales Executive role in Cape Town.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Contact new business leads and guide them through the sales process to secure purchases.
    • Grow your area by marketing to new clients and developing existing relationships.
    • Handle incoming and outgoing sales calls, capturing and managing orders for clients.
    • Upsell and communicate promotions to maximize gross profit and increase turnover.
    • Meet all sales targets and deadlines, while maintaining good relationships with existing customers.

    Requirements:

    • Senior Certificate
    • Excellent command of the English language
    • Previous selling experience (at least 2 years in the FMCG industry)
    • Driver's license and own vehicle
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
    • Telephonic etiquette
    • Proficiency in PC skills and adaptability to internal CRM tools and systems knowledge (Pastel)
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, take initiative, and follow through on tasks
    • Team player with problem-solving skills
