Duties and responsibilities
***- Assist in advertising promotion and other marketing activities.

  • Help in reservations/bookings for new clients.
  • Monitoring of companys social media platform to get positive reviews.
  • Assist in preparation of events, marketing events.
  • Maintain the customer relationship management system and digital content.
  • Research and evaluate competitors marketing strategies and develop new strategies.
  • Assist in gathering comparative quotations from different clients/ service providers.
  • Help in identifying the gap within the department and propose new ideas.
  • Get to know and understand Clients expectations and value of their loyalty.
  • Assist in preparing marketing presentations.
  • Assist with reports writing and analyse data (e.g costs analysis, sales results)
  • Assist in suggesting ways to improve service delivery within the team and to our clients.
  • Provide support for marketing campaign planning and execution.
  • Be able to clearly convert their ideas and convey information to their colleagues, clients, or supervisors.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field
  • 3+ years proven work experience as a Marketing Coordinator, Marketing Officer, or similar role.
  • 2 years Experience in a 5star lodge or Big 5 reserve within a similar lodge environment.
  • Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing tools
  • Experience with research methods using data analytics software.
  • Expertise with SEO/SEM campaigns
  • Solid computer skills, including MS Office, web analytics and Google AdWords.
  • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management and Content Management System software
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
