Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a spa professional. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be confident, empathetic, self-motivated, dedicated, and professional.

Key Performance Areas:

• Sales:
  • Retail a minimum of 30% of turnover monthly
  • Promote services available and special promotions
  • Prescribe homecare products to each guest
  • Follow up with regular clients and encourage them to return
• Customer Service:
  • Efficiently deal with problems if the manager is not available
  • Tour potential guests as required
  • Ensure guest satisfaction and professional service
  • Interact courteously with members and guests
  • Complete Consultation Card before commencing treatment
  • Complete Comment Cards after treatments
• Treatment Standards & Procedures:
  • Perform expected quota of treatments monthly
  • Participate in staff training for spa operations, services, and retail sales
  • Perform treatments according to standards set out in the Standards & Procedures Manual
  • Prepare treatment rooms in advance for booked treatments
  • Complete supplementary tasks and duties as reasonably necessary
• Adherence to Policies, Standards & Values:
  • Maintain cleanliness and ambience of the spa at all times
  • Aware of schedule and time keeping at all times
  • Ensure ample supply of products in each room for treatments
  • Report products needing to be ordered to Manager
  • Maintain the spa in peak condition at all times
  • Immaculate personal presentation at all times
  • Ensure positive team spirit
  • Assist other staff members if requested
  • Maintain accurate commission summaries

• Inherent Job Requirements:
  • Work 45 hours per week, including Mondays to Sundays and Public Holidays
