MAIN PURPOSE OF POSITION
To make sure that empties return process is adhere to:
Clean, Consolidate, collapse and load empty. Ensure smooth and timeous return of empty pallets to suppliers also meet and exceed customer's requirements.

MAIN TASK
1) Monitoring receiving, cleaning, location of pallets to their demarcated areas, stacking them according to their levels, taking them to the floor print where there are scanned and loaded back to Germany by F6 employees.

2) Same process with the local pallets

3) Shift handover and Walkabout

To reach loading target:
exports containers and local trucks.

5) Ensure employees follow their work instructions.

6) Responsible for building inside and outside

7) Ensuring that all employees on the floor are at a safe working environment.

Monitoring the floor:
layout; Unknown area; Non Conforming Pallets and House Keeping.

9) Monitoring parts that accidently came with returnable pallets, take pictures, write a report, notify relevant parties and send the part to production line.

10) Monitor the local trucks schedule and movements of containers

11) Calculating monthly overtime and sending reports to Finance Department.

12) Daily attendance register

13) Daily production report send it to MBSA Contract Management and ANAX logistics Management

14) Daily stock on hand report sends it to MBSA Packing Engineering and Transporters.

15) Ensuring that daily pre and post inspection checklist are conducted accurately and filed.

CONTROLS
1) Adhere to all safety requirements e.g. gloves, safety boots

2) Comply to MBSA contactor Rule book and Anax Logistic policies

3) Be at workstation 15min before starting time

4) Information sharing with supervisor and MBSA

5) Ensure that Advance Shipping Deviation Notification (ASN) is below 2.5% and maintain required (ASN) targets.

6) To conduct team meetings and tool box talk topics regularly
