Samil are urgently looking for a Senior HR Admin Officer in Berlin.

Their lady has resigned but has also gone on sick leave so if you do by any chance find someone who can start immediately that will be great.

Salary is R19k plus Benefits and open to all


SENIOR HR ADMIN OFFICER
Manufacturing concern is seeking a highly experienced HR Admin Officer to perform the following:


Responsibilities:


  • Time and Attendance
  • Knowledge of Access will be an advantage
  • Draw up weekly wages to be signed off
  • Ensure all sick notes, shifts roster, etc. are correct
  • Draw up Fixed Term Contracts
  • Ensure Personnel files are maintained and up to date
  • Assist with all general administration required

Requirements:


  • Tertiary qualification in HR or Payroll will be an advantage
  • Well versed in MS Office
  • Own Transport
  • Must reside in either East London or King Williamstown
