    Talent Acquisition Specialist – MSP Solution
    We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage our MSP solution for clients, focusing on executive search and headhunting. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing talent acquisition in corporate settings, agency recruitment, and leadership.

    Main Responsibilities:

    1. Conduct comprehensive executive search and headhunting for key roles, building relationships with senior-level candidates and stakeholders.
    2. Oversee full-cycle recruitment processes, ensuring alignment with business needs and objectives. Collaborate with hiring managers to design role specifications and candidate profiles, leading and mentoring a team of recruitment professionals.
    3. Utilise Excel to track recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, candidate quality, and SLA adherence. Prepare regular reports on talent acquisition performance, identifying trends and areas of improvement.
    4. Monitor recruitment processes to ensure compliance with SLAs, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
    5. Conduct market analysis to identify talent trends, informing role design strategies and collaborating with stakeholders to adapt recruitment strategies based on market insights.

    Requirements:

    1. Minimum 5 years of experience in executive search and headhunting, or equivalent.
    2. Proven experience in managing talent acquisition within a corporate environment.
    3. Strong agency recruitment experience, with a solid understanding of agency methodologies and best practices.
    4. Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
    5. Proficient in Excel, with strong analytical and reporting skills.
    6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    7. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    8. Experience in managing MSP solutions and vendor relationships.
    9. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
    10. Relevant certifications in talent acquisition or human resources.
