    Job Description: In this dynamic role, you will:
    • Drive revenue growth by leveraging strong negotiation and communication skills to achieve sales targets.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Develop and maintain extensive knowledge of vehicle legislation, trade practices, dealership policies, and procedures to ensure compliance and excellence in service delivery.

    Required Skills and Qualifications: To excel in this position, you must possess:
    • A minimum 3 years of experience in a similar F&I role with a proven track record of success.
    • The ability to handle an average of 35 new and pre-owned units per month.
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to perform against targets.
    • Matric certificate or equivalent qualification.
    • NQF 4 retail or short-term insurance qualification with a minimum of 120 FAIS credits (legislative requirement).
    • RE accreditation (legislative requirement).
    • NCA accreditation (legislative requirement).
    • CPD hours up-to-date for all cycles.
    • COB completed.
