    Job Responsibilities

    The selected candidate will be part of our after-sale service team, tasked with the following daily duties:

    • Troubleshoot and repair company products on a component level in a timely and efficient manner, including tasks such as replacing flash chips.
    • Visit clients periodically to provide repair training within South Africa and other African countries.
    • Manage faulty devices and spare parts from clients via our internal system.
    • Prepare paperwork according to company procedures, including reports, operation manuals, and repair handbooks.
    • Provide product quality analysis reports to our headquarters as requested.

    Skill Requirements

    • Familiarity with chip verification and recognition techniques.
    • A minimum of 5 years of experience in repairing and soldering flash chips.
    • Experience in training others.
    • Proficiency in using various repair tools, such as hot air guns, soldering tools, multimeters, etc.
    • Familiarity with Microsoft software applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
    • Similar work experience in the CCTV industry is considered an asset.

    • South African citizenship or permanent residency.
    • Strong analytical skills.
    • Ability to think critically and solve problems.
    • Capacity to work independently.
    • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Availability of a personal vehicle.
    • Strong team spirit.
    • Experience working with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds.
