    Job Summary:
    The successful candidate will establish and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders, including the Department of Health, Government Departments, Traditional leaders, local community leaders, and Implementing partners. This individual will lead the implementation of ADAPT projects, develop project plans, manage deliverables, support staff recruiting and training, and provide technical support to Partner teams in the province. Key responsibilities include coordinating stakeholder meetings, managing project schedules, assigning tasks to team members, communicating with senior management, and monitoring project activities.

    About the Role:
    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Project Manager for ADAPT. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma or Degree in Nursing or an allied healthcare service, along with 5 years' experience leading health programs at the district level and 5 years of partner relationship management experience.

    Main Responsibilities:
    1. Establish and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders.
    2. Coordinate stakeholder meetings and represent ADAPT.
    3. Develop project plans, manage deliverables, and provide technical support to Partner teams.
    4. Support staff recruiting and training, and assign tasks to team members.
    5. Communicate with senior management and monitor project activities.
    6. Manage project schedules, ensure proper data management, and coordinate fleet and resources.
    7. Monitor all project activities, targets, expenditures, and progress towards achieving ADAPT outputs.

    Requirements:
    To be considered for this role, you must have a Diploma or Degree in Nursing or an allied healthcare service, along with 5 years' experience leading health programs at the district level and 5 years of partner relationship management experience.
