Salary:

Package includes Basic Salary + Incentives + Medical aid and provident fund contributions.


Description:

Your main function is to provide excellent customer service consistently to service clients at a very busy franchise dealership.


Your duties include meeting and greeting the customers and helping them define problem areas in order for technicians to diagnose faults correctly.

You will communicate repair/ service estimate costing and consistently update customers about their vehicle's repair status.

You are the key communicator between the customer and the service department.


Requirements:


  • Previous working experience as a Service Advisor / After Sales Consultant at a franchise dealership for a minimum of 3 years.
  • Excellent computer literacy skills including MS Office and Evolve
  • Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken)
  • The ability to handle conflict situations and a pressurised customer service environment.
  • Clear criminal and credit record
  • Valid driver's license
  • RSA Citizen
  • Minimum Senior Certificate / relevant NQFL qualification
