    Empowering Growth and Progress: Join Our Sales Team

    We are seeking a talented Sales Promoter to lead our team of Direct Sales Representatives in the Soweto region. Your primary goal will be to recruit, manage, and coach a high-performing team to meet and exceed sales targets.

    Autonomy and Leadership

    In this role, you will have the autonomy to plan, organize, and execute strategies to achieve business objectives. This includes monitoring and evaluating team performance, identifying areas for improvement, and providing coaching and guidance to ensure success.

    Inventory Management

    You will be responsible for overseeing the allocation of M-KOPA products and devices to your direct sales force team, managing inventory levels, and resolving audit recommendations in accordance with established guidelines.

    About You

    To excel in this role, you should possess experience in sales or sales management, particularly in microfinance, mobile money, FMCG, or financial services. A background in business administration, marketing, or related fields is also desirable. Fluency in local languages and exceptional sales and negotiation skills are essential.
