Our client in the Leisure Industry is looking for a

Branch Manager with experience in the Automotive Industry (Used vehicles) to join their team.

The Branch Sales Manager is fully responsible for managing the sales team with a manager as well as the fully staffed reconditioning facility at the dealership.

Minimum Requirements:

Senior Certificate (Grade 12).
A Business diploma or equivalent tertiary qualification in Management/Marketing/Sales would be advantageous
Minimum 3 to 5 years experience in managing successful sales teams within the automotive retail environment
A demonstrable track record of exceeding sales quotas and goals
Working knowledge and experience of sales processes, lead management and online sales principles
Computer literate (Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint proficient)

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement and manage the Sales departments strategic and tactical plans to ensure profitability, sustainability, and growth.
Motivating and management of your team to achieve set sales targets, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction whilst maximizing profits.
Ensure operational effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity of sales department operations in a way that exceeds customer expectations and sets the industry benchmark.
Lead, manage and motivate self & departmental staff to achieve business goals.
Attract, retain, appraise, and develop sales staff.
