• Collect, analyse, and interpret data from various sources to provide insights and support decision
• making processes within the petroleum business.
• Design and develop visually appealing and informative dashboards using Tableau to present key metrics and trends relevant to the business.
• Utilise SQL to create and optimize queries for extracting, transforming, and manipulating data from databases.
• Perform indepth mathematical analysis to identify patterns, trends, and correlations in the data.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable insights and datadriven solutions.
• Conduct regular data quality assessments and ensure data integrity and accuracy throughout the analysis process.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analysis and visualisation techniques.
• Provide adhoc analysis and reports as needed to support various business initiatives and projects.
• Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 58 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the retail sector and/or loyalty schemes.
• Proficiency in Tableau for creating dynamic and interactive dashboards.
• Strong SQL skills with experience in writing complex queries for data extraction and manipulation.
• Excellent mathematical and analytical skills with the ability to interpret and analyse large datasets.
• Familiarity with database management systems and data warehousing concepts.
• Experience with data visualization best practices and techniques.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
• Proactive problemsolving skills and ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment.
