A Travel Technology company based in Cape Town is looking for a highly motivated and versatile individual to join their team as a Sales Agent.

The primary responsibility will be to identify and engage potential property partners by contacting existing leads. This role requires a persistent and persuasive individual who can effectively communicate the benefits of partnering with the business.

Waterfront, Cape Town, South Africa


DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES, NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Reach out to potential property partners, presenting the value of listing their properties with the business's brands
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective properties, ensuring a consistent flow of new listings
  • Work collaboratively with the Sales Manager strategies and meet listing targets
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
  • Provide feedback and market insights to the Sales Manager to improve calling strategies and approaches
  • Attend regular team meetings and participate in training sessions to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge

REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 24 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in the travel, hospitality or real estate sector
  • Experience in telesales is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Fluent in English and Afrikaans
  • Confidence and a tenacity to pursue leads, overcome obstacles, and secure goals.
