Business Development Specialist in Catering Services

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Specialist to cover the Gauteng region, focusing on the hospitality industry.

Main Responsibilities

Maintain and expand our existing client base by offering catering services.
Implement business objectives to drive growth and success.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets through effective sales strategies.
Create professional sales proposals and presentations that meet our company standards.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
Report progress to management and executive teams.
Cultivate internal relationships with support services to optimize operations.

Required Experience and Qualifications

Possess a valid driver's license and own vehicle, as extensive travel is required for this role.
Demonstrate at least 5 years of proven experience in hospitality or catering sales, with a strong track record of achievement.
Hold presentation and proposal writing skills, as well as financial knowledge and budgeting expertise.

Compensation and Benefits

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of R40,000 to R45,000 per month, plus Provident fund benefits, fuel card, and commission opportunities.
