Description
Requirements:
- A threeyear Degree in Human Resources Management or an equivalent
- NQF level 7 qualification
- Minimum 3 5 years Human Resources Generalist experience, operating as a
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- SAP and Kronos time and attendance experience will be an advantage
KPAs:
- Responsible for Recruitment and selection for all positions at Head Office.
- To plan, prepare and facilitate monthly on boarding and Induction.
- Collation and submission of payroll input.
- Effective Record keeping.
- Active involvement in all HR Strategic Projects.
- Facilitate and promote employee engagement and feedback.
- Maintenance of HR Policies and Procedures.
