    Executive Assistant to CEO and Management Team

    Diverse role in a dynamic international company based in Sandton. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing office facilities and providing administrative support to an Executive Officer.

    • Communication of business information, coordination of activities, including travel arrangements and meeting setup.
    • Administration of office resources, including accounts department tasks such as local and foreign payments, staff credit cards, and creating invoices in SAP.
    • Channel Partner processing, drafting agreements, and assisting with recruitment, induction, and personnel administration.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Coordinate business communications, travel arrangements, and meetings.
    2. Manage office resources, including accounting tasks, staff credit cards, and invoice creation in SAP.
    3. Process Channel Partner agreements and assist with HR duties, such as recruitment, induction, and personnel administration.

    Requirements:

    • Secretarial diploma or equivalent qualification.
    • Minimum 5-8 years of experience as an Office Manager or Executive PA/Assistant.

    Essential Skills:

    • Intermediate level proficiency in Microsoft Office.
    • Ability to multitask effectively, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proactive and timely approach to task management, with minimal supervision required.

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • SAP experience.
