    Description

    Key Role of HR Administrator

    This role is responsible for various HR functions within the organization, supporting the HR Director. A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in Human Resources, particularly in administrative tasks, is required.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Support with payroll processing and maintenance
    • Provide administrative support to the HR department, contributing to its smooth operation
    • Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures
    • Maintain and update accurate employee records
    • Participate in and contribute to HR projects and initiatives

    Candidate Requirements:

    A Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting and Law or a similar qualification, such as an LLB degree, would be advantageous. Relevant work experience in payroll and a background working in a short-term insurance company are also highly valued.
