    About This Role

    We are seeking a seasoned Organizational Development (OD) Professional to lead our team in driving organizational change and development initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background in OD, extensive experience in change leadership, and a proven track record of successful transformations.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Change Management: Facilitate smooth transitions during restructuring, process improvements, and cultural shifts by collaborating with stakeholders.
    • Leadership Development: Design and deliver leadership programs that empower managers and executives to lead effectively, fostering a growth mindset and promoting continuous learning.
    • Team Building: Create and facilitate team-building workshops to enhance collaboration, communication, and trust among teams.
    • Culture Enhancement: Assess organizational culture, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to create a positive and inclusive work environment.
    • Organizational Assessments: Conduct assessments to identify gaps and opportunities, using data-driven insights to inform OD interventions.
    • Strategic Planning: Align OD initiatives with the client's strategic goals, developing action plans and measuring progress.
    • Process Redesign: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
    • Facilitation: Facilitate problem-solving, continuous improvement, and process design workshops as required.
    • HR Collaboration: Work closely with HR colleagues to integrate OD practices into talent management, performance reviews, and succession planning.

    Desired Experience & Qualification

    We seek a professional with:

    • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Social Science, or Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
    • Relevant certifications in OD, change management, or leadership development.

    Experience Requirements:

    • Minimum 7 years of OD experience, with a proven track record of driving successful organizational change.
    • Strong change leadership skills, guiding teams through complex transformations.
    • Data-driven approach, proficient in using data and analytics to inform decision-making.
    • Excellent facilitation skills, leading problem-solving workshops, focus groups, and training sessions.
    • Strategic mindset, understanding the big picture and aligning OD efforts with business objectives.
    • Clear, concise, and persuasive communication skills.
    • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and adapt to ambiguity.
