    Job Opportunity: Marketing Executive

    We are seeking a creative and driven Marketing Executive to support the Head of Marketing in managing various marketing and communication activities.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Create, review, edit, and update marketing content across platforms.
    • Collaborate with the creative team to design promotional materials.
    • Maintain the website and online portals (WordPress), ensuring up-to-date information.
    • Organize and manage digital marketing folders, including image and video libraries.
    • Capture and generate photography for social media and internal use.
    • Write and edit copy for features, articles, brochures, websites, social media, and press releases.
    • Develop mailers and execute content plans.
    • Design collateral, including logos, brochures, advertisements, and press releases using InDesign.
    • Liaise with external design and print companies to meet production deadlines.
    • Work closely with departments to fulfill design needs.
    • Manage marketing drives and folders on Dropbox.
    • Oversee and coordinate printed collateral, including distribution and stock management.
    • Handle quotes and orders with relevant suppliers.
    • Foster relationships with local tourism offices, press offices, and partner organizations.
    • Compile information for media requests.
    • Support brand guideline implementation and content updates for all departments.
    • Create and update databases.
    • Assist the Marketing Manager as needed.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Advertising or equivalent.
    • At least 12 years of experience in a similar role.
    • Previous design experience is essential.
    • Proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator is required.
    • Social media presence and knowledge of CMS and web analytics are necessary.
    • Excellent copywriting and copy-editing skills are crucial.
    • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
    • Strong computer literacy and project management experience are necessary.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required.
    • Proficiency in English is essential.
    • Able to maintain professional relationships with departments.
    • Flexible, accountable, and responsible.
