We are seeking an experienced farm manager to oversee the daily operations of our nursery.
Key Responsibilities:
Requirements:
Agricultural diploma or degree is a minimum requirement. A qualification in horticulture and/or agronomy would be advantageous. The successful candidate must have at least 4 years of experience in nursery management, with a proven track record of success.
Familiarity with avocado, macadamia, and dragon fruit seedlings is a plus. Strong communication skills and computer literacy are also essential for this role.
